Please bring a valid photo ID, insurance card, list of current medications, previous psychiatric records (if available), and completed intake forms. If you're coming for ketamine therapy, arrange for someone to drive you home as you cannot drive for 24 hours after treatment.

We require 24-hour advance notice for appointment cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we offer telehealth appointments for medication management follow-ups and consultations. However, initial evaluations and ketamine therapy must be conducted in person at our Tampa office for safety and comprehensive assessment purposes.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday appointments available by special arrangement. We're closed on Sundays and major holidays. For urgent concerns outside of office hours, we have an on-call system for established patients.
